Kielo's Puistonkulma comes to life – Renovation of the historic building’s interiors begins on 10.2.2025

Located in the center of Jyväskylä, the building formerly known as Nordean kulma, Puistonkulma, will come to life through renovations. In the first phase, the office spaces on the second and third floors on the Kävelykatu side will be renovated. The new tenants will be Perhelääkärikeskus Leijonamieli Oy, Valu Digital Oy, and Infonia Oy.

Modern premises with respect for the old

The premises in Puistonkulma, located in a prime spot in Jyväskylä, will be modernized with respect for the old, aiming to create contemporary and functional premises for the new tenants. “We are excited that this magnificent property will receive the interior it deserves, with modern building technology and exceptionally designed office premises,” says Hanna Rauhala, CEO of Kielo. The first phase of the renovation will be completed, and the premises will be handed over to the tenants gradually in May-June 2025. The second phase of the renovation will begin based on the leasing situation, and lease negotiations are already underway.

New tenants bring life and services

Perhelääkärikeskus Leijonamieli, Valu Digital, and Infonia will bring a variety of services and life to the over 100-year-old Puistonkulma. “It is wonderful to open a new kind of family medical center in Puistonkulma and be part of a new chapter for this historic property,” comments Katariina Kuikka, Service Manager at Perhelääkärikeskus Leijonamieli.
